No. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one phsaya account. Registering duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or a different identity — is a breach of the phsaya Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts may be suspended and all associated balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, contact phsaya support to recover it.

On the phsaya login page, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered Philippine mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent via SMS. Enter the OTP to verify your identity, then set a new password. If your registered mobile number has changed, email phsaya support at support@phsaya.biz with your identity verification documents to initiate a manual account recovery.

To permanently close your phsaya account, email support@phsaya.biz from your registered email with the subject line "Account Closure Request" and include your registered mobile number. Your verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five business days. If you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, phsaya's self-exclusion tool may be more appropriate — it protects you from re-registering under the same identity.

All withdrawals require a verified phsaya account.

The minimum withdrawal from phsaya is ₱500. This applies to all payment methods — GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name and verified through your phsaya KYC profile. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

phsaya does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some bank transfer channels have nominal inter-bank transfer charges.
